Mary C. Mahoney
Heber City (Lake Creek, Wasatch County)... Mary Crook Mahoney, 93, died April 14, 1986 at home. Born October 8, 1892 in Center Creek, Wasatch County to Heber Giles and Sarah Matilda Nicol Crook. Married Louris Vere Mahoney August 18, 1915 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Active member LDS Church, serving in all the auxiliary organizations and served 50 years in teh Primary. Temple worker in the Provo Temple. Known as Grandma and Aunt Mary to all the Center Ward members. Served in the Red Cross Organization during World War II, 4-H Club leader, member DUP. Spent 12 summers herding cattle in the mountains with her husband and family.
Survived by husband of Lake Creek. Children: Carl and Afton Anderson, Dale and Lucile Mahoney all of Salt Lake City; Neil and Doris Mahoney, Melvin and Ruth Mahoney Carlile all of Lake Creek, and Glenna Lloyd of Charleston. Twenty-one grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren. Brother and sisters: Chase Crook of Lake Creek, Jennie Nelson of Charleston, and Blanche Evans of Malad, Idaho. Preceded in death by a son Grant Mahoney and a grandson Phil Mahoney.
Funeral services Thursday 1:00 p.m. at the Center Ward (12th East and 2400 South). Friends may call at the church Thursday one hour prior. Burial Heber City Cemetery.

Because Mary died in the last 50 years her death certificate will not become publicly available until sometime around the year 2036. When it's available I will post it here.
