Elizabeth C. Sweat
CENTER CREEK, Wasatch County- Elizabeth Campbell Sweat, 78, died in a Heber City hospital.
Born January 4, 1907, in Heber City, to James and Maud Witt Campbell.  Married Alvie Sweat January 21, 1925, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.  He died July 11, 1979.  She has always been an active member of the LDS Church, taught and served in various positions in all the auxiliary organization since she was a very young girl.  Served as President of both Primary and MIA.  She and her husband served a Stake Mission.  Recently honored for her outstanding service as a visiting teacher.  Noted by all who knew her for her special knach with food.  Enjoyed all kinds of outdoor activities.  Was loved and respected by young and old alike.
Survived by: Children, Theon C. Sweat, Duane J. Sweat and Evan E. Sweat, all of Center Creek, Mrs. Kay F. (NaDene) Probst, Midway; LaVar H. Sweat, American Fork; 26 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; preceded in death by three brothers and a sister, Grant Campbell, Glen Campbell, Milton Campbell, and Mrs. Lovina Johnson.
Funeral services Monday, 1 p.m., at the Center Ward Chapel.  Friends may call at Olpin Mortuary, Heber City, Sunday, 6-8 p.m., and at the church Monday, one hour prior to services.  Burial, Heber City Cemetery.
